Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs Udon noodles
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 1/2 Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 Spring onions chopped
  • 1 cup Shimeji mushrooms chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder
  • Sesame seeds for topping

Instructions
 

  • Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions.
    Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce, sugar, and garlic powder.
