Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pack Chicken-flavored instant noodles any flavor works
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Chili Oil
  • 2 Scallions finely chopped
  • 1 Egg

Instructions
 

  • Cook the chicken-flavored instant noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  • Finely chop the green onions.
  • In the same pan used to cook the noodles, combine the chili garlic oil, the chicken flavor seasoning from the instant noodles, and the finely chopped green onions.
    Stir them together, allowing a harmonious fusion of flavors before tossing the mixture with the cooked noodles.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the chili garlic oil.
    Toss the noodles until they are well-coated with the flavorful oil.
  • In a separate pan, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  • Fry the egg, while ensuring the yolk is still slightly runny for that extra creamy goodness.
  • Place the spicy noodles in a bowl and top them with the fried egg.
