Here’s what I used for this recipe:
Pan Fried Noodles
Ingredients
- 3 serving Egg Noodles
- 200 gr Beansprouts
- 5 Green onions
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and cut your green onions into large pieces.
- Bring water to a boil and add your egg noodles to it, before turning off the heat. Leave your noodles in the hot water for 2 minutes, stirring well to prevent sticking.
- In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar together.
- After 2 minutes, strain the noodles and rinse them in cold water, then set aside.
- Cook your minced garlic in vegetable oil in a large pan on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the noodles to the pan with more vegetable oil, and sesame oil combined. Turn on the heat to medium-high and mix well.
- Add green onions, beansprouts, and sauce to the pan, then mix well for another 2 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well coated with sauce.
- Taste your noodles and add more seasoning (soy sauce, brown sugar, or oyster sauce) if needed.
- Serve in a large plate and enjoy!
