Ingredients

200grBeansprouts
5Green onions
5tbspSoy sauce
3tbspOyster sauce
2tbspBrown sugar
5Garlic cloves
1tbspSesame Oil(optional)
Instructions
Wash and cut your green onions into large pieces.
Bring water to a boil and add your egg noodles to it, before turning off the heat. Leave your noodles in the hot water for 2 minutes, stirring well to prevent sticking.
In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar together.
After 2 minutes, strain the noodles and rinse them in cold water, then set aside.
Cook your minced garlic in vegetable oil in a large pan on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the noodles to the pan with more vegetable oil, and sesame oil combined. Turn on the heat to medium-high and mix well.
Add green onions, beansprouts, and sauce to the pan, then mix well for another 2 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well coated with sauce.
Taste your noodles and add more seasoning (soy sauce, brown sugar, or oyster sauce) if needed.
Serve in a large plate and enjoy!

I forgot to add sesame oil to the ingredients picture, but this can add a kick to the dish!Feel free to add pan-fried chicken or prawns to this dish!
