Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and place a sheet of rice paper in the pan. Brush the rice paper lightly with chili oil, covering the entire surface.
Arrange chicken ham slices on top of the rice paper.Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the chicken ham.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together.Carefully pour the whisked eggs over the pizza, distributing them evenly.
Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the edges of the rice paper are crispy and the cheese is melted.Fold the empty half of the rice paper over the side with toppings, creating a half-moon shape. Press gently with a spatula to seal.
