This Vietnamese Pizza is a great breakfast option and combines crispy rice paper with cheese, chicken ham, seasoned eggs, spicy sriracha, and fresh scallions, cooked to perfection in a pan for a delightful and unique morning treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 Rice Paper Wrapper
  • 3 tbsp Grated cheese
  • Scallion greens
  • 1 tsp Chili oil
  • 1 Chicken Ham Slices
  • 2 Eggs
  • Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and place a sheet of rice paper in the pan.
    Brush the rice paper lightly with chili oil, covering the entire surface.
  • Arrange chicken ham slices on top of the rice paper.
    Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the chicken ham.
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together.
    Carefully pour the whisked eggs over the pizza, distributing them evenly.
  • Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the edges of the rice paper are crispy and the cheese is melted.
    Fold the empty half of the rice paper over the side with toppings, creating a half-moon shape. Press gently with a spatula to seal.
  • Once the pizza is cooked through, sprinkle chopped scallion greens over the top.
    Drizzle with sriracha sauce according to your taste.
