For the steak:

For the stir fry sauce:
2tbspRice Vinegar
3tbspOyster sauce

1tbspBrown sugar

For the dish:
2Bell peppersthinly sliced

Instructions
Cut all the vegetables – thinly slice the bell peppers, onion, and mince the garlic.
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with baking soda, cornstarch, soy sauce, minced ginger, and chili flakes. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, prepare the stir fry sauce by combining rice vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Mix until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.
Heat a wok or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil.
Add the marinated beef to the hot pan and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until it's browned and cooked through. Remove the cooked beef from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, add a bit more vegetable oil if needed. Add minced garlic, sliced onion, then bell peppers. Add a splash of water if needed.Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
Return the cooked beef to the pan with the vegetables.Pour the stir fry sauce over the beef and vegetables. Toss everything together until the sauce evenly coats the ingredients and thickens slightly.
