Ingredients

  • 4 cups Potatoes (leftover or freshly boiled and cooled)
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Green onions finely chopped (for dressing)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  • If using leftover cooked potatoes, peel and cut them into bite-sized cubes, making sure they are at room temperature.
If starting from scratch, wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized cubes. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until fork-tender.
  • In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce and water to create a flavorful glaze.
  • If starting from scratch: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the boiled potato cubes and cook until they develop a golden-brown crust on the outside.
If using leftover potatoes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Add the cooked or leftover potatoes to the pan.
Pour the honey-garlic-soy glaze over the potatoes, ensuring an even coating.
  • Toss the potatoes gently, making sure each piece is coated in the glaze.
Allow the potatoes to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, letting the glaze caramelize slightly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
  • After washing and cutting the green onions, sprinkle them along with sesame seeds over the potatoes for a fresh and vibrant finish.
  • Transfer the Honey Garlic Soy Potatoes to a large serving dish.
    Enjoy!
