If using leftover cooked potatoes, peel and cut them into bite-sized cubes, making sure they are at room temperature.If starting from scratch, wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized cubes. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until fork-tender.
In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce and water to create a flavorful glaze.
If starting from scratch: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the boiled potato cubes and cook until they develop a golden-brown crust on the outside.If using leftover potatoes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
