Ingredients

  • 4 Rice Paper Wrappers
  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1 Ripe Mango peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 Apple thinly spiced
  • 1/2 Dark Chocolate Bar for the dipping sauce
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

Prepare the fruit:

  • Wash and prepare all the fruits.
Slice the strawberries, mango, and apple into thin strips. Set aside.

Soften the Rice Paper Wrappers:

  • Fill a shallow dish with warm water.
  • Submerge one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10-15 seconds until it becomes soft and pliable.
Be careful not to over-soak it as it can become too fragile.

Assemble the Spring Rolls:

  • Lay the softened rice paper wrapper flat on a clean surface.
  • Arrange a few slices of each fruit and a couple of mint leaves in the center of the wrapper.

Roll the Spring Rolls:

  • Fold the bottom of the rice paper wrapper over the filling.
Fold in the sides of the wrapper towards the center.
Continue rolling the wrapper tightly until the spring roll is sealed.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.

Prepare the Chocolate Dip:

  • Break the dark chocolate bar into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until melted.
Be cautious as the bowl and chocolate will be hot.
  • Dip the fruit spring rolls into the melted chocolate and enjoy the delicious combination of fresh fruits and rich chocolate!
