1/2tbspRice Vinegar
1 1/2tbspLight Soy sauce
1 1/2tbspDark Soy sauce
Instructions
Begin by preparing your ingredients. Chop the pak choi into bite-sized pieces, mince the garlic cloves, and rinse the bean sprouts under cold water. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the udon noodles and cook according to package instructions until they are just tender. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Add the chopped pak choi and rinsed bean sprouts to the pan with the cooked beef. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly wilted.
Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan with the beef and vegetables. Pour the stir fry sauce over the noodles and toss everything together until well combined.
Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce has evenly coated the noodles and everything is heated through.
Once everything is cooked and heated through, remove the pan from the heat. Serve the udon noodle ground beef stir fry hot, garnished with sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
