- 1/2 cup Cornflour
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Cajun powder
For the Seasoned Fries
- 6 Medium sized potatoes
- Vegetable Oil
- Cajun powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
For the Hot Honey Chicken glaze
- 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
For the burger
- 4 Cheddar slices
- 4 Lettuce leaves
- Burger Sauce (premade)
- 2 Brioche buns
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken:Season chicken fillets lightly with salt, pepper, and cajun powder.Place the chicken fillets in a bowl and pour buttermilk over them.Let them marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
