Easy Asian Minced Beef Noodles
Ingredients Â
- 1 lb Minced beef
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup Beansprouts
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 4 packs Ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 4 Scallions sliced (white and green parts separated)
- Sesame Seeds For sprinkling on top
InstructionsÂ
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.Add minced garlic, and sliced onions to the pan and sauté until they become translucent and slightly caramelized.Stir in the white parts of the sliced scallions, reserving the green parts for garnish.
- Then add minced beef and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Pour enough water into the pan to cover the beef and vegetables.Add ramen noodles and cook until the noodles are tender and most of the water is absorbed.
- Stir in soy sauce, mirin, and oyster sauce. Add beansprouts.Mix well to coat the beef, vegetables, and noodles with the flavorful sauce.
- Sprinkle the green parts of the scallions and sesame seeds over the stir-fry. Toss everything together for an even distribution of flavors.Enjoy!
